Riverview

The Riverview Community located in San Jose, CA is an ongoing project where AUS is the sole installer of Gyp-Crete, integral colored concrete, Concrete, Gyp Crete, Pli-Dek, and Con-Dek Deck coating and Waterproofing System.  When the project is completed in the summer of 2016 AUS will have installed  a quarter million sq. ft. of Gyp-Crete and Acousti Mat II in the 2nd to thru floors of all buildings, 75000 sq. ft. of integral colored concrete throughout the complex in corridors and apartment units.  Pli-Dek system for deck Coating and Waterproofing are being installed in the private decks at 2nd thru 5th floors amounting to more than 16,000 sq. ft. The Con-Dek Deck Coating and Waterproofing system was chosen to be  installed at street side units on the throughout the first floors. Hard rock concrete will be installed in the rooms, interior and exterior corridors, rooftop mechanical platforms, core areas; all amounting to over 55,000 sq. ft. of hardrock concrete being poured.
